Terms & Conditions – Gift Cards

Validity

Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase for the amount specified.

Use

To use your voucher please simply print (or display it on your phone) and present it to our staff at reception, either when booking at the hotel or when settling your account at checkout and the available balance will be applied for you. 

Vouchers carry a unique code for security and cannot be re-used.

Non-Transferrable

Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash. Vouchers can only be used for payment against accommodation/hotel services to the value (or remaining balance) as given, at our hotel(s). 

Delivery

The gift vouchers are delivered by email only to the email address you have provided in the “Delivery Email” field when you made the purchase.

No physical card/voucher will be delivered.

You can also request a delivery receipt be sent to your address when purchasing.

Refunds and Cancellations

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, either fully or in part for cash of any amount. If a voucher is used in our premises and there is a balance owed this can be returned in form of a new voucher.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Vouchers are the responsibility of the customer and any gift vouchers either lost or stolen unfortunately cannot be replaced.

Payment and Security Policy

Your credit card information is not stored anywhere on our servers or third parties and we guarantee that the information you provide is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to our gateway payment provider, PayPal. The Western Hotel will not be held responsible for events arising from PayPal gaining unauthorised access to your payment details.
